How to contact us

The fastest way to reach Jinagam support is from inside the app: tap the menu icon (top-left) and choose Feedback. Your message comes straight to our inbox, along with the email address you signed in with so we can reply directly.

If you prefer email, write to jinagam.support@codehall.in — the same address that in-app feedback reaches.

Response time

We aim to respond to every support message within two business days. Bug reports and accessibility issues get priority.

What we can help with

Trouble signing in, restoring bookmarks or notes, or recovering account access
Bug reports — incorrect translations, audio that won't play, app crashes
Content corrections — typos, missing diacritics, mis-tagged grammar

Contributing to Jinagam

Jinagam is a community project. If you are a Sanskrit or Prakrit scholar, a translator, a singer or reciter, or a careful reader who would like to proof-read, please reach out via the in-app Feedback option or the support email above. Contribution is welcome at every scale.
